I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She has had severe difficulty looking at screens and asked me to complete it. She has been having severe vision issues and our neighbor recommended Dr. Nanasay at The Eye Center. Dr. Nanasay was extremely thorough and gave us a tremendous amount of her time in an effort to determine a treatment plan. Dr. Nanasay took her time to explain how the new lenses could possibly help my wife, while maintaining a comfortable and compassionate environment. We have been to many doctor appointments and have felt that they were trying to fit my wife into a neat box. Dr. Nanasay was one of the few that actually listened and tried to figure out a solution. They also had a great selection of glasses that Jerod helped us navigate due to the fact that specialty lenses were required. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the first lady who helped us and preformed some of the test, but she was excellent also. From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. I had such an amazing experience with Jennifer at The Eye Center! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and truly went above and beyond to help me. This place is awesome! The service feels premium, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had never worn contact lenses before, and they not only showed me how to put them in, but also stayed with me for almost 30 minutes to make sure I learned how to do it properly. I’ve been going to the Eye Center for years and now I have brought my daughter with a disability in to see Dr Nanasy. I couldn’t be more happier with the CARE that she received from the first receptionist to Nikki the tech that was so patient with my daughter who was very nervous. To Dr Nanasy herself to the tech Michelle that measured my daughter for her glasses and the always smiling I believe her name is Carly who’s at the reception area and does the billing checkout payment, everybody was extremely patient and fantastic with my daughter which I knew they would be. Everyone was friendly and nice. From Derrick and Ms. Sundra who greeted  us when we first walk in. The tech lady that walked us through all the preliminary eye test. Dr. Davis who always does a phenomenal job and takes the time to explain all the test results and treatment options. Sandra and Jared the optical managers who were very helpful and patient in our eyeglass selections and fitting. The cashier Ms Carly was very personable and sweet.
